Wanda Jean Leiser, 49, Fertile, MN, died on Sunday, March 24, 2013, in rural Erskine, MN. She was born on March 20, 1964, at Crookston, MN, to Robert and Sylvia (Cuttler) Rolland. She lived and attended school in Bega, TX, Fertile, Winger and Waupon, WI. Following her high school years, Wanda earned her GED and attended Vet Tech in Columbus, OH.

On May 4, 1984, Wanda married Randy Berhow at Varnes Lutheran Church, rural Fertile, MN. In 1989, they moved to Ely, MN, where Randy went to school, returning to Erskine in 1991. In 1995, Wanda was married to Ken Leiser at Varnes Lutheran Church. They lived in rural Fertile. Over the years Wanda worked in the area as a Bar Tender, a med certified care taker, and most recently working as a CNA for the Fair Meadow Nursing Home, Fertile. She lived in Thief River Falls, MN with her longtime friend, Von Hutchinson.
Having a loving and generous heart, Wanda care for many people, always putting their needs ahead of hers. She loved all animals and cared deeply for her rescued dog named, Echo. Wanda was spontaneous. Many times, while listening to music, she would stop the car and dance. Her home was immaculately cared for and she enjoyed decorating her home. Painting was a fun pastime and her children will always remember the "Wake Up Song" she would sing to them every morning. Above all things, Wanda was a loving mother, grandmother, daughter, and sister.

Wanda is survived by her children: Alicia Berhow (Mike Elbinger), Crookston, MN; Travis Berhow (Mariah Lunak), Fertile; Tracey Berhow (Art Rocha), Crookston, MN; Lacey Berhow, Crookston; Max Leiser, Fertile; grandchildren: Austin O'Neill, Mason Elbinger, and Courtney Corrine; father, Bob (Carolyn), Fertile, siblings: Deb Rolland, Fertile, Rob (Barb), Crookston, and Brenda (Matt) Hulst, St. Cloud, MN; former husbands, Randy Berhow and Ken Leiser, both of Fertile; and several nephews and nieces. She was preceded in death by her mother, Sylvia, uncle, Raymond Rolland, aunt, Jean Rolland, and nephew, Cody Hulst.

Memorial services will be on Tuesday, April 2, 2013, at 2 PM at the Rodnes Lutheran Church, rural Erskine, MN.
