Walter Everett Johnson Jr. was born on April 11, 1946 in Jamestown, ND to Walter Sr. and Anne Johnson, and passed away on Monday, March 4, 2024 in Gilbert, AZ, he was 77 years old.

Walt was raised on the family farm, Sky Ranch, outside of Courtenay, ND. He was a graduate of the University of Minnesota and also served in the North Dakota Air National Guard.

As well as operating the family ranch, Walt was an innovator in the home satellite business and computer assisted design industries.

He is survived by his wife, Kathleen of Gilbert, AZ; sons, Daniel and David, of Scottsdale and Queen Creek, AZ; brother, Robert, of Moorhead, MN; and sister, Irene of Fort Collins, CO.

A Graveside Service will take place at 11:00 AM, Thursday, March 21, 2024 at the Ada Municipal Cemetery in Ada, MN.
