Trey M.
Beauchamp
Nov 28, 2009 — Jun 9, 2026
Naytahwaush
Trey Beauchamp, age 16, of Naytahwaush, MN, died Tuesday, June 9, 2026, at his home surrounded by the love of his family and under the care of HIA Hospice, following a brief and courageous battle with cancer.
Trey Marquecee entered this world on November 28, 2009, in Detroit Lakes, MN, the son of Randi Hariluk and Tracy Beauchamp. His elementary years were spent at Mahnomen Public School followed by Mahnomen High School. Throughout elementary and Junior High, Trey loved to play sports. He played basketball, baseball and football. Trey entered the 9th grade last fall at Mahnomen High School and during the football season he encountered some health concerns that led to further tests and a diagnosis of metastatic Ewing Sarcoma, an aggressive form of cancer. Even though Trey was given some tough battles, he never lost his sense of hope, determination or his great sense of humor. He always had a positive attitude and a smile on his face. Trey truly loved the visits and support he received from everyone. He was lovingly cared for by many but the closest to him were his dad and stepmom, Tracy and Fawn, and auntie, Lyndsie, making sure Trey had what he needed and was comfortable. His face always seemed to light up when his favorite nurse, Joanna, would come by and he wasn't shy to ask her where she's been if he hadn't seen her for few days!
To know Trey was to love him. He was a smart, respectful, honest and outspoken young man who loved his family. People enjoyed being around Trey with his outgoing personality and sense of humor, he could make light of any situation. He was both a good student and athlete. Trey also enjoyed doing "boy" things like riding 4-wheeler and dirt bike, playing video games with his friends, shooting pool, hunting and he especially loved to go fishing. He also had quite the collection of shoes with some of his favorites being his Air Jordans.
Although gone from this life far too soon, Trey will live on in the hearts of all who knew and loved him.
Trey is survived by his father, Tracy (Fawn Leslie) Beauchamp; grandma, Jacki Hariluk; grandpa, Paul Hariluk; five brothers: James Thompson, Anthony Thompson, Tavion Beauchamp, Kennedy Leslie and Tracy Beauchamp Jr.; four sisters: Tayanna, Taneah, Kenzleigh, and Serenity Beauchamp; many aunts, uncles, cousins, classmates and friends including Ayden Johnson, Trista LaFriniere and Furious Alvarado. He was met with open arms by his mom, Randi; grandparents, Billee Weaver and Shane Beauchamp; an uncle, Tonio Weaver and good friends, Jack Burnette and Michael Turner III.
