Timothy Estey, age 48, of Bemidji, MN, died Monday, March 22, 2021, at Sanford Health in Fargo, ND.

Timothy Estey was born on February 14, 1973 in Cass Lake, MN, the son of Ione (Fairbanks) Estey and Robert Narum. He grew up in Bemidji where he attended elementary school at St. Phillips and later Bemidji High School. Tim has always been interested in vehicles and motors, which blossomed at the young age of 13, as he began driving with his father.  During high school, he was employed at Kenny's Amoco Station in Bemidji.  As a young man, Tim followed his love for driving and began his career in trucking. Over the years, Tim drove for many industries traveling throughout Minnesota and area states. Most recently, he was employed with Michels Corporation, transporting pipeline supplies. On July 7, 2001 Tim and Angie Smith were united in marriage. The family lived in Shevlin, MN, and later Leonard, MN, raising their daughters.  Following the couples divorce in 2014, Tim returned to Bemidji where he purchased his mother's home where he was raised.

Tim was known as a gearhead, always working on anything with a motor. While off the road, Tim enjoyed being outdoors. He spent a lot of time with his loved ones fishing, hunting, and snowmobiling. Tim had a love for trucking, but his heart remained content when spending time with his family. His sense of humor and contagious smile will be a treasured memory for all who knew and loved him.

Tim is survived by his four daughters: Autumn, Madison, Olivia, and Julia; brothers, Charles, Patrick, Steven, and Robert; sisters, Denise, Karen, and Sandi; and his grandson, Henry. Tim is preceded in death by his parents, Robert and Ione; and his sister, Carrie.

Visitation will begin Friday, March 26, 2021 at 6:00 pm at the Naytahwaush Sports Complex, Naytahwaush, MN, and continue until the time of the service at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, March 27, 2021. Burial will be in St. Anne's Catholic Cemetery in Naytahwaush.

Following all Covid-19 safety protocols, social distancing will be practiced, and all must wear a mask to participate.
