Theresa
Villebrun
Mar 14, 1974 — Jul 2, 2023
Minneapolis
Theresa Marie Villebrun was born in Minneapolis, MN, at Deaconess Hospital on March 14, 1974, and unexpectedly passed away on July 2, 2023. She was a beautiful woman with a heart of gold and such a bubbly uplifting personality to be around. Theresa enjoyed her childhood years in Minneapolis and spent her teenage years in White Earth, MN. She fell in love and had her first two children. Theresa received her GED from Mahnomen ALC shortly thereafter. Between raising her kids and growing up herself, she also worked at the Shooting Star Casino as a blackjack dealer. Theresa moved out of Minnesota and flew to New Jersey to start a fresh new life. While living there she worked as a blackjack dealer at the Atlantic City Casino. She would run the New Jersey Boardwalk 5 miles every day while Kailene and Jamie Jr. rode their bikes beside her. Theresa had an amazing voice and enjoyed singing. She'd sing in contests all around when she had the chance. She also loved beading and dancing.
Theresa came back to White Earth years later, fell in love again and had her 3rd child. Many years went by and when she wasn't involved with her kids any longer, she moved back to Minneapolis to make her home. She recently had made a beautiful jingle dress for her youngest granddaughter's first dress. To keep her mind and body busy she rode bike every chance she had around town. She had many friends she visited regularly.
Theresa leaves behind two daughters, Kailene (Dan Dakota) Villebrun-Bevins; Desi Swanson; six grandchildren: Michael, Desirae and Paige Dakota, Shaylin Bevins, Brenten St. Clair (Goble) and Jamie Lee Bevins III (Buddy Goble); siblings, Richard Stoa and Nicole (Joe Gusa) Stoa; nieces and nephews: Cherianna Gusa, Alyssa Stoa, Jordan Swirtz, and Eliijah Keihl. She was preceded in death by her parents, Jon and Cheri Stoa; son, Jamie Lee Bevins Jr., grandmothers, Beryl Bloom and Silvia Stoa; nephew, Jonathan Gusa; uncles, Brad Beaupre, Charlie Beaupre, Anthony Villebrun; aunties Darcy Villebrun and Rebecca Villebrun.
Blessed be the memory of Theresa Villebrun.
