Stella Larson, age 94 of Ulen, MN died Saturday, February 09, 2013 at Viking Manor Nursing Home.

Stella Elenor Larson, the daughter of Simon and Carrie (Winjum) Anderson, was born October 4, 1918 in Ulen. She was a life-long member of Calvary Lutheran Church where she was baptized November 24, 1918 and confirmed June 25, 1933. She grew up and received her education in Ulen Township. On April 11, 1945 Stella was united in marriage to Arvin Larson. They farmed north of Ulen until the mid-1990's when they retired and moved into Ulen. Arvin died in November of 2001.

Stella loved Ulen and enjoyed her many friends throughout the community. Her sweet demeanor and ready smile was appreciated by all who knew her. Many people referred to her as an angel.

Stella is survived by several nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents, husband and three brothers: Clarence, Lawrence and Elmer.

Funeral Services were held at 11:00AM on Monday, February 18, 2013 at Calvary Lutheran Church in Ulen, MN. Visitation was held one hour before the funeral at the church on Monday.

Burial was in Calvary Lutheran Cemetery, Ulen.
