Rosalyn "Roz" Beth Ellingworth Shuskey, age 70, of Twin Valley, MN, died Thursday, August 19, 2021, at Essentia Health, Fargo, ND, surrounded by her family.

Roz was born on June 16, 1951, in Ada, MN, to Russell and Inez (Bentley) Ellingworth. She attended school in Twin Valley. She made her home in Twin Valley where she raised her children. Roz started her career as a bookkeeper in various car dealerships in the area. On June 4, 2005, Roz and Jerry Shuskey were united in marriage in Mahnomen, MN. The couple made their home in rural Twin Valley.

Roz was known for her quick wit, smooth comebacks, and was the "queen of one liners". She never hesitated to spark her famous personality trait to anyone she came across. Roz spent her free time reading a good book and never missed her favorite soap opera, "The Bold and the Beautiful". She was an excellent cook and loved waitressing at many area eateries. Roz enjoyed Dairy Queen ice cream cakes, so much she could be caught eating the entire cake. She also enjoyed meeting up with her local ladies for their frequent outings at numerous eateries in town. Time spent with family and friends was always cherished.

She will be missed by all who knew and loved her. She leaves us with many great stories to tell.

Roz is survived by her husband, Jerry Shuskey, Twin Valley; children: Jimmy (Nancy) Stueness, Twin Valley, MN, Stacie Reierson, Devils Lake, ND, and Stevie Anderson, West Fargo, ND; stepchildren: Brett, Brian, Brad and Brenda; sister, Barbie (Mike) Boles; brother, Steve (Julie) Ellingworth; four grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.

A Time of Gathering will be held from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, August 28, 2021, at Anderson Family Funeral Home in Twin Valley.
