Ronald Kuehn, 60, of Ada, MN, died Tuesday, October 26, 2010, at Essential Health, Fargo, ND.

Ronald Gene was born December 15, 1949, to Albert and Margret (Lisburg) Kuehn, in Elgin, ND. He moved with his family to Twin Valley, MN, as an infant. He attended school in Twin Valley until the 11th grade. Then he started working for Abbott, Arne, and Schwindt Construction. Ron then served in the United States Army for 2 years, where he earned his GED.

On October 22, 1969, he was united in marriage to Carol Pippin. They made their home in Ada for a short time, before moving to Syre, MN. He worked at the Syre Fertilizer Plant for many years and later worked for West Central Ag as the company joined Triangle Ag. He continued working for Triangle Ag until the time of his death. Over the years, Ron made many friends along the way. He loved to hunt, fish, clean his guns, and have family get togethers. He was a wonderful husband and great Father. And a great friend to have. He will be missed!

Ron is survived by his wife, Carol, two sons, Cody Kuehn, Ada, Chad Kuehn, Moorhead, MN, three daughters, Jennifer (Kevin) Baxter, Park Rapids, MN, Amanda Kuehn (James Sauve), Ada, Ashley Kuehn (Jesse Stowers), Moorhead, MN, his mother, Margret Kuehn, Twin Valley, MN, two grandchildren, Dusty DuChene, Christopher Baxter, and extended family, Isaac Sauve and Kalie Sauve; two sisters, Sharon (Leland) Pinkse, Ada, Darlene (Donald) Lampton, Twin Valley, MN, one sister-in-law, Roseanne Kuehn, Twin Valley, MN, and several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his father, one brother, Merril, and one grandchild, Lydia.

Funeral Services will be 2:00pm on Monday, November 1, 2010, at Zion Lutheran Church, Twin Valley, MN.

Visitation will be Sunday from 5:00-7:00pm at the Fredrikson Funeral Home, Ada, MN
