He worked in various engineering disciplines in the printed circuit board manufacturing industry for the majority of his working career-first with Sheldahl in Northfield, MN, and then with LPC/Innovex in Litchfield. He was a member of American Legion Post #104. Rick enjoyed the outdoors, taking in fishing, camping, and hunting opportunities whenever possible. He was also a gardener and enjoyed raising new or different vegetable varieties each year. Rick traveled earlier in life, visiting such places as China, Thailand, Hong Kong and several European nations. He also truly enjoyed watching the Minnesota Twins, Vikings, Gophers as well as the local sports teams. Family, friends and neighbors will fondly remember his wonderfully prepared Greek meals that he cooked and provided over the years.
