Patrice "Teet" Neuman, age 54, of Mahnomen, MN, died Thursday, November 12, 2020, at her home under the care of Hospice of the Red River Valley.

Patrice Lynette Alexander was born in Mahnomen, MN, on March 17, 1966, to Wayne and Margaret (Rogers) Alexander.  Teet, as she was lovingly referred to, grew up and attended school in Mahnomen.  Following her schooling, she met the love of her life, Teddy Millage.  The young couple made their home near Strawberry Lake and were blessed with two children, Nathan and Nickolas.  After many years, they went their separate ways and Teet moved to Hillsboro, ND.  She worked several sugar beet campaigns at American Crystal Sugar Company and became the first female pellet mill operator at Hillsboro.  During the summers, Teet worked road construction and met Dale Neuman.  They were soon married and welcomed another child, Tylor. The family moved to Backus, MN, where Patrice worked at Northern Lights Casino.  After seven years, the couple divorced and Teet returned to Mahnomen to make her home.  Most recently, she had been working at the Shooting Star Casino until her failing health required her to resign.

Patrice enjoyed the outdoors including many activities it offered like playing softball, going hunting, and raising chickens.  She had a special place in her heart for all animals, especially horses, eagles and wolves.  Teet was known for her contagious smile, her generosity, and always being happy no matter what life threw at her.  She will be missed by all who knew her.

Teet is survived by her children: Nathan Millage, Nickolas Millage both of Minneapolis, MN, and Tylor Neuman of Backus, MN; two sisters, Stacey (Jay) Agnew of Mahnomen, MN, and Kara Jurina of Oklahoma City, OK; brother, Tony (Shannon) Jurina of San Antonio, TX; three grandchildren: Rachel, Jamison, and Tyress.  She was preceded in death by the love her life, Ted Millage; her parents, Wayne and Marge; and sister, Brenda Mercill Alexander.
