Nindonis Bunker, age 44, of Naytahwaush, MN, died unexpectedly on Friday, April 16, 2021 in Naytahwaush.

Nindonis Rose Bunker was born on March 16, 1977 to Alan Oppegard and Mary "Molly" Bunker.  She was born in Minneapolis, MN, but moved to Naytahwaush as a young child.  Growing up, she attended school at Naytahwaush and later earned her GED.  Nindonis was blessed with four children: Miskondib "Quinnie", Hunter, Peyton, and Wyatt, who were her pride and joy. She loved spending time with her family and friends. She especially liked baking, cooking, and making big meals everyone could enjoy.

Donis had an outgoing personality and genuinely loved people.  She had a wonderful sense of humor and enjoyed seeing a smile on the face of her loved ones. In her spare time, she could be found crafting traditional artwork, sewing and beading. She also liked to have a good time and was the life of the party.  Donis' fun loving personality will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved her.

Nindonis is survived by her Father, Alan Oppegard; two daughters: Miskondib "Quinnie" Bunker and Peyton Alvarado; two sons: Hunter Alvarado, and Wyatt Alvarado; her grandma, Phyllis Bunker; brothers, Michael Bunker and Kyle Lovejoy; sisters: Sonya Wade, Autumn Oppegard and Jenelle Oppegard; step-father, Casimer Hintz; and her aunts and uncles: Lyda (Pete) Cannon, Roberta Oppegard, Ruth Oppegard, Theresa (Jim) Loud, Nona Townsend, Mark Bunker, Gwen Sargent, and Suzanne Zorn; as well as many cousins.

She is preceded in death by her mother, Mary "Molly" Bunker-Hintz, several aunts and uncles; her nephew, Phillip Wade Jr; and many extended family members.

Visitation will begin Tuesday, April 20, 2021 at 5:00 pm at the Church of Naytahwaush, and continue until the time of the Funeral Service at 11:00 am on Wednesday, April 21, 2021. Burial will be in Samuel Memorial Episcopal Cemetery, Naytahwaush, MN.

Following all Covid-19 safety protocols, social distancing will be practiced, and all must wear a mask to participate.
