Watch Logan's Funeral

Logan Bendickson, age 23, of Winger, MN, died on Saturday, January 24, 2026, at the Mahnomen Health Center as a result of injuries sustained in a car accident.

Logan Tyler was born June 29, 2002, in Fosston, MN, the son of Josh and Melissa (Dahl) Bendickson.  Growing up in Bejou, MN, he was baptized and confirmed at Immanuel Lutheran Church.  Logan attended and graduated from Mahnomen High School with the Class of 2020.  Following high school, he entered the workforce and he and his longtime girlfriend, Oliviyah, moved to Grand Forks, ND, to make their home.  Logan and Oliviyah got engaged in October of 2021.  They recently moved back to the area, purchased a home in Winger, and were super excited about their upcoming wedding in August.  Logan was currently employed at Larson Parts & Repair in Bejou.

Not one to stay idle, Logan kept busy tinkering and tearing stuff apart in the shop, often using his dad's tools!  He enjoyed being outdoors and loved to go hunting and fishing and recently had taken a liking to Friday night bar Bingo.  In addition, he also spent some of his spare time on his Xbox gaming with his brothers and friends.  Logan's personality was huge!  His outward appearance seemed big and burly, but he was tenderhearted, outgoing, loving and known to give the best hugs.  He truly loved all his family and friends.  Although he's gone from this life far to soon, he will live on in the hearts of all who knew and loved him.

Logan leaves behind his fiancé, Oliviyah Keller of Winger; parents, Josh and Melissa Bendickson of Bejou; brothers: Zachary Dahl of Bejou, Wyatt (Ethan) Bendickson of Denver, CO, Carter Bendickson and Cooper Bendickson, both of Bejou; grandparents: Jerry Dahl, and Gary and Joyce Bendickson all of Bejou; aunts and uncles: Eric (Jen) Dahl, Sarah (David) Flakne, Ashley (Jeremy) Ranz, Aaron Dahl, Jennifer (Dale) Moran, Kristie (Duane) Gray and Nickolas (Pam) Bendickson; nephew, Elijah; soon to be in-laws, Mike and Kari Keller of Bejou and brother-in-law, Terry Keller of Salol, MN; many cousins and numerous friends and co-workers.  He was welcomed with open arms by his grandma, Becky Dahl and great-grandma, Pauline Leines.

A Funeral Service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, January 31, 2026, at Immanuel Lutheran Church in Bejou, MN. Visitation will be held Friday, January 30, 2026, from 5:00 – 7:00 pm with a Prayer Service beginning at 6:30 p.m. at the church and will continue one hour prior to the service.
