Kenneth James Bellefeuille, 92, Spokane, WA (formerly of Ponsford, MN) passed away on December 13, 2025. Born in White Earth, MN, on March 14, 1933, Ken was raised in a large loving family in Callaway, MN, and graduated from Detroit Lakes High School in 1951. He served honorably in the US Air Force as a gunnery instructor and bombing performance analyst until 1955.  Ken earned a Bachelor of Science degree from St Cloud State in 1958. He began his professional career as a high school teacher before joining Honeywell. At Honeywell, Ken started as a buyer and quickly advanced to computer programming, contributing during the early years of information technology. His technical expertise and leadership led to several promotions, ultimately serving as Associate Director of Information Systems. Ken's career included relocations to Denver, Seattle, and back to Minneapolis. He retired early after a distinguished tenure.

Ken married Lois Otto in 1961 and together they built a family. He was a devoted husband, caring for Lois through her illness until her passing in 2011.  Ken and Lois enjoyed strong bonds with their siblings and extended family.  Their Round Lake home was often the center of spirited card games and joyful gatherings.

As a loyal Vikings and Twins fan, Ken rarely missed watching a game and had an encyclopedic memory of their history.

Ken was an avid and skilled outdoorsman. His life and career brought him on an outdoor adventure round trip; fishing with his parents and siblings as a child on water near Callaway, fly fishing and hunting elk in the Rockies, pursuing salmon and cod in Puget Sound, and back to Minnesota fishing and hunting deer with his family. Ken and his 14' Lund were well known to Round Lake residents and the local eagles. Only the walleyes, crappies, and northerns were pleased to see him move.

In 2025, Ken relocated to be near his son, John and family in Spokane where he particularly enjoyed time with his three great granddaughters.

Ken was firmly rooted in his lifelong Catholic Christian faith. His trust in the sacrifice and resurrection of Jesus provide assurance of Ken's eternal salvation.

Ken is survived by a son, John (Lisa) Bellefeuille; grandchildren: Katie (TJ) Bracey, Steven (Ilatei) Bellefeuille, Aspen Bellefeuille, Baxter (Ellie) Bellefeuille, Kit Bellefeuille; great grandchildren: Ellie Bracey, Claira Bracey, and Lily Bellefeuille; siblings and in-laws: Marilyn Bellefeuille, Marion Bellefeuille, Natalie Bellefeuille, Jeanette Bellefeuille Jahnke, David (Betty) Bellefeuille, Jim Dixon, Doug (Mary) Otto, Ken (Joyce) Otto, and Lois Otto; and many beloved nieces and nephews. Ken was preceded in death by his wife of fifty years, Lois Bellefeuille; parents, Richard and Alma Bellefeuille; siblings and in-laws: Warren (Della) Bellefeuille, Duane Bellefeuille, Keith Bellefeuille, Mary (Bernie) Nugent, Dennis Bellefeuille, Danielle Dixon, Elroy Otto, Vern Otto, and Marlene Otto; and just recently his son, Jesse Bellefeuille, passed away in April of 2026 and his brother, Dick Bellefeuille, in February of 2026.
