Kelsey Borah, age 27, of Ogema, MN, died unexpectedly on Saturday, May 2, 2020, in Waubun, MN.

Kelsey Marie Borah was born August 14, 1992, in Detroit Lakes, MN, the daughter of Wade Borah and Karen Person.  Growing up, she attended Waubun Public School.  Following high school, Kelsey made her home in various communities but lived most of her life on the White Earth Reservation.  Together with Dion Bellanger, they were blessed with a daughter, Ahnnika.

Kelsey was outgoing individual who was somewhat of a free spirit.  She was outspoken, opiniated and willing to try anything at least once.  She was most happy spending time with family and friends just hanging out.  Kelsey enjoyed beading and working on arts and crafts.  Although gone from this life to soon, she will live on in the hearts of all who knew and loved her.

Kelsey is survived by her parents, Wade and Karen of Ogema, MN, her daughter, Ahnnika of White Earth, MN, her paternal grandma, Ardette Bisson of Detroit Lakes, MN, and several aunts, uncles, and cousins.   She was preceded in death by her maternal grandma, Vivian Person; her paternal grandpa, Jennings Borah; uncles, Craig Person and Paul Person; and several extended family members.

Private Graveside Services will be held at St. Columba Episcopal Cemetery in White Earth, MN.
