Joseph "Joe" LaFriniere, age 28, of Minneapolis, MN, died Saturday, December 27, 2008 in his home.
Joe Bradley was born on February 27, 1980 in Bemidji, Minnesota, the son of Brad LaFriniere and Peggy Gustoff. He was raised in Bemidji where he attended school, later moving to Minneapolis. Joe worked different jobs before becoming a licensed massage therapist.
Whether it was playing his violin or singing in the Twin Cities Choir, music played a large role in Joe's life. He also loved theatre and was cast in the production of Annie at the young age of eight. A gentle and kind person, Joe will long be remembered for his charming personality and warm smile.
Joe is survived by his mother, Peggy Gustoff; sister, Jessica LaFriniere; a nephew, Aaron Mahon, all of Thief River Falls, MN; aunt, Renee LaFriniere, Bagley, MN; three uncles: Doug (Mary Schaedler) LaFriniere, Apple Valley, MN; Bryan (Denise) LaFriniere, Windsor, CA and Ted (Janeen) LaFriniere, Bemidji, MN, and several cousins.
Preceding him in death was his father and paternal grandparents.
Memorial Services were held on Monday, January 5, 2009 at 11:00 a.m. at Anderson ~ Mattson Funeral Home in Mahnomen, MN.
