Joan Lavonne Krsnak Sjolie passed away Easter morning at age 84.

Her daughters, Colleen Ferris, Lynda Belsvik, and her son Allen Sjolie  were at her side.

She remained optimistic up to the very end. She loved her family, and talked frequently and fondly about her parents, brothers and sister, and about growing up on the farm and living in Ada.

She reminisced about her cousins, aunts and uncles. She had many good memories of being married to Gordy and of her children and grandchildren. She took great pride in her children, Colleen, Steve, Lynda and Allen.

She talked fondly of her various jobs and the people she worked with. She loved living in Glencoe, and loved her house in Bellevue. She had some very good times in retirement - living in her condo and taking dancing lessons at Arthur Murray. She was loved and will be missed.

Funeral: 2:00PM Friday, June 29, 2018, at Grace Lutheran Church, Ada, MN.

Visitation: One hour before the service at the church.

Burial: Ada Municipal Cemetery, Ada, MN.
