Jeremy J. Thompson, age 29, of Twin Valley, Minnesota, passed away on Tuesday, November 19, 2013, at Sanford Hospital in Fargo, North Dakota.

Jeremy Jerome Thompson was born on June 28, 1984 in Detroit Lakes, MN, to Jerri and Harriet "Dove" (Keezer) Thompson. Jeremy lived his life in his families care near Flom, MN. During the summer months, Jeremy enjoyed being outside, shopping trips, and going to the lake for pontoon rides. He loved listening to music and playing his piano. Jeremy also liked when his nieces and nephews came to play. He especially enjoyed spending time with Melvin simply watching TV together, playing with toys, and keeping Melvin company while he did house chores. Jeremy was always smiling and happy. One always knew Jeremy was up to something because of the mischievous look in his eyes. His smiling face and special personality touched everyone around him.


He will be greatly missed by his parents: Jerri and Dove of Flom, MN; one brother, Nakoya (Megan) Keezer of White Earth, MN; three sisters: Verna (Robert) Thompson of Flom, Laura (Jamie) Thompson of Waubun, MN, and Josie Keezer of White Earth; special family friend, Melvin Maha of Flom; four nieces and five nephews. He was preceded in death his grandparents: Harry and Irene Keezer and Jerome Thompson.


Funeral Services were held at 10:30 am on Saturday, November23, 2013, at Aspelund Lutheran Church in Twin Valley, MN.

Visitation was on Friday, November 22, 2013, from 5:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m., with a Prayer Service at 6:30 p.m., at Aspelund Lutheran Church.

Interment took place at Aspelund Cemetery.
