Jeffrey Lee Hole, 46, of rural Winger, MN, died on Monday, April 26, 2010, at his residence.

Jeff was born January 18, 1964 to Douglas and Mary Jane (Fealy) Hole at Coon Rapids, MN. He attended school in Coon Rapids and Erskine, graduating from the Erskine High School, Erskine, in 1982. Jeff attended two years at Northland Community and Technical College Thief River Falls, MN, for auto body, graduating in 1984. He began working at Lucken Trucks, Winger, where Jeff repaired and drove truck and also worked in the parts yard.

On December 15, 1992, Jeff was united in marriage to Jane Lutnes at Mahnomen, MN. Over the years, Jeff continued to work at Lucken's, driving beet truck in the fall and for Air Comm, installing fiber optics cable. In 1994, Jeff was injured and was not able to return to work.

Jeff loved having people over to his home to visit around the campfire at the campsite he and his friends established in 1994 or play a game. He enjoyed heating his home with wood, which he cut each year. Building, fixing and driving four wheel drive mud trucks with friends always brought a smile to Jeff. He hunted deer in the fall with his friends. Jeff was always busy fixing and inventing things in his shop. Wood working was another of Jeff's hobbies—especially making diamond willow canes.

Jeff is survived by his wife, Jane, Winger, MN; daughters: Larissa (Jason Awender) Hole, and their new baby, Breylan, Gary, MN; Teanna Hole, Winger; special young men: Mikey Finn and Wayne Turner, Fertile; his mother, Mary Jane Hole, Erskine, MN; brother, Dan (Brenda) Hole, and their children, Leah and Brandon, Erskine, MN; sister, Julie (Brian) Lene, and their children, Zack and Brylie, Erskine, MN; several aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his father, Doug, September 10, 2009.

Funeral services will be on Tuesday, May 4, 2010, at 2 PM Union Lake Free Lutheran Church, rural Winger, MN.

Visitation will be on Monday, May 3, 2010, from 5-7 PM with a prayer service at 6:30 pm in the Erikson-Vik Funeral Home, Fertile, MN.

Burial will be in the Union Lake Free Lutheran Cemetery, rural Winger, MN.
