Jeffery Laurence Hoff, 54, of rural Perley, MN, passed away unexpectedly on December 12, 2019.

Jeff was born on March 22, 1965, in Moorhead, MN, to Larry and Rose Ann Hoff. He grew up and lived on a farm in Perley, where he spent his life raising crops with his two sons. Jeff enjoyed deer hunting, ice fishing, and taking care of his family.

Jeff is survived by his wife, Marci, and five kids, Cameron (Kassidy), Arielle (Nate), Megan, Gavin, and Tatum. He was also a proud grandfather to Sadie, Walker, Miley, and Henrik. He is also survived by his parents, Larry and Rose Ann, and siblings, Barb and Greg (Barb).

Funeral: 11:00AM Tuesday, December 17, 2019 at Kirkebo Lutheran Church, Perley, MN.

Visitation: 5:00PM to 7:00PM with a prayer service at 7:00PM on Monday December 16, 2019, at Kirkebo Lutheran Church, Perley, MN.

Burial: Kirkebo Lutheran Cemetery, rural Perley. (At a later date)
