Georgiana Patneaude, 83, Halstad, MN, passed away peacefully, with her daughter Betty Lou next to her side on Monday, April 6, 2015, at the Halstad Living Center, Halstad, MN.

Georgia was born March 29, 1932 to George and Beatrice (Iron) Jackson of Sisseton, SD. After High School, Geogia continued her education graduating with a degree in education. She taught in Rice Lake, MN area schools. She met and married Alphonse Patneaude Sr.

She is survived by her sons: Al (Gloria) Patneaude, Lawrence, KS; Blaine (Connie) Patneaude, Van Buren, AR; Daughter: Betty Lou (Ciro) De La Garza, Halstad, MN; grandsons, granddaughters, great-grandchildren, several nephews and nieces, brothers: Gerald Jackson, Gabe Jackson. She is preceded in death by her parents, husband, Alphonse Patneaude Sr., Daughter: Mavis Jean Stewart, sisters: Gretta Thompson, Gardenia Beauchamp, Genevieve Jackson.

Funeral: 7PM, Sunday April 12, 2015, at Fredrikson-Ganje Funeral Home, Halstad, MN.

Visitation: 5-7PM Sunday at the funeral home.

Graveside service: 11AM Monday, at St. Phillips Cemetery, Rice Lake, MN.
