Elizabeth "Liz" Hornbrook, age 71, of Waubun, MN, died on Saturday, August 2, 2025, at her home.

Liz is survived by her daughter, Joeleen (Joseph) Page of Granite Bay, CA; a son, Glen (Kimberly Morley) Forehand of Mahnomen; seven grandchildren: Paul Forehand, Kiah Walker-Forehand, Kaitlyn Forehand, Ashlyn Forehand, Kingston Forehand, James Page and Lilly Page; her significant other, Michael DiLella of Waubun; two sisters, Linda Yakym of Arizona and MeMe Beck of California; two brothers, John Melcher of California and Steve Melcher of Kentucky; and nieces and nephews.

Per her wishes, no formal services will be held.
