Diane C. Borgen, 65, Dilworth, MN, died Thursday, April 10, 2014, at Essentia Health Hospital, Fargo, ND.

Diane Cheryl Erickson was born August 17, 1948, in Ada, MN, the daughter of Erick and Hannah (Sorenson) Erickson. She was baptized and confirmed at Concordia Lutheran church, near Hendrum, MN. She first lived in Perley, MN, with her family until moving to Ada in 1962.

She graduated from Ada High School in 1966. Diane attended Interstate Business School in Moorhead, MN. She was united in marriage to Tom Juve in 1967. He preceded her in death.

She married Robert Borgen in 1971. Diane worked as a medical technician for the former St. Luke's Hospital and later for Innovis Health.

Diane enjoyed times at the lake with her family, taking walks, and she was an avid reader. She also enjoyed music, knitting, and crafts.

Diane is survived by her two sons, Brad (Jodi) Borgen, Felton, MN, Chad (Heidi) Borgen, Fargo, ND, her mother Hannah Werpy, Ada, one brother Wayne (Sandy) Erickson, Perley, MN, one sister, Karen (Grant) Wagner, Ada, four grandchildren, Blake, Cayden, Brenna, and Brayden, and several cousins, nieces, and nephews. She was preceded in death by her father, her first husband, Tom Juve, and son, Scott Borgen.

Memorial Service: 7:00PM Saturday, April 19, 2014, at Fredrikson Funeral Home, Ada, MN.

Visitation: Saturday from 5-7PM at the funeral home.

Burial: Bethania Lutheran Cemetery, rural Perley, MN.
