Burton L. Ellingworth, 75, Moorhead, MN, died at Sanford Health, Fargo, ND, on March 26, 2013.
Burton was born April 9, 1937, in Hegne Township, near Ada, the son of Jesse and Clara (Hovland) Ellingworth. He was united in marriage to his high school sweetheart, Sharon Rasmusson on April 19, 1958 at Grace Lutheran Church in Ada. Burton was a draftsman for Norman and Clay County highway and engineering departments. He and his wife owned and operated the Shelly Hartz Grocery Store and an Antique Mall in Fargo. When he retired he continued to buy and sell antiques. His greatest joys were antiquing and his grandchildren.

Burton is survived by three children; Krystal (Robert) Myers, Auburn, WA, Kerry (Randy) Raue, Rapid City, SD, Kyle (Dana) Ellingworth, Lakeville, MN, seven grandchildren, four sisters; Verona Kragness, Halstad, MN, Clarabelle Sipe, Ada, MN, Mabel Rognlie, Moorhead, MN, and Marilyn (Don) Krsnak, Hendrum, MN, one brother, Jesse Ellingworth, Columbia Heights, MN, and several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents, wife Sharon, two brothers, Marvin and Orville, and one sister Ardis.

Funeral Service: 11:00 AM, Monday, April 1, 2013, at Grace Lutheran Church, Ada, MN.

Visitation: Two hours before the service at the church.

Burial: Ada Municipal Cemetery, Ada, MN.
