Brandon Bueng, 35, Fargo, ND, formerly of Ada, MN, died peacefully at his home on Friday, December 25, 2020.

Brandon was born on October 14, 1985 in Detroit Lakes, MN to Jody and Rochelle Bueng. Brandon spent time living in the Minnesota communities of Detroit Lakes, Winona, Chisholm and moved to Twin Valley in 1991. He was baptized and confirmed at Zion Lutheran Church in Twin Valley, MN.  Brandon moved with his family to Ada in 1999. Brandon attended high school in Ada and returned for his senior year to Twin Valley and graduated from Norman County East, Twin Valley in 2004.

Brandon had many hobbies with sports being his favorite. Brandon enjoyed the competitiveness of all sports and took part in many fantasy sports leagues were he enjoyed competing against friends and family. Brandon was a teammate of many on the 2008 Fargo-Moorhead Liberty Semi-Pro football team that won a championship that year. In 2012 Brandon met the love of his life, Sierra Koskela in Twin Valley. Brandon and Sierra made their home in Fargo, North Dakota. The couple recently became engaged and were planning a wedding for the fall of 2021. Brandon and Sierra enjoyed attending family get togethers where Brandon was most often the life of the party. Other favorites include attending Twins and Viking's games, music concerts, watching movies, and trips to Las Vegas with family and friends. He was a cat dad to 4 cats, Buddy, Athena, Peach, and evil step-cat, Toner. Brandon worked at numerous places in the Fargo-Moorhead area. Recently he enjoyed working during harvest for Mueller Farms of Hillsboro, North Dakota. Brandon was employed at Johnson Brothers Liquor Company of Fargo since 2016.

Brandon is survived by his father, Jody Bueng and step-mother Christine Crompton, Ada, MN; mother, Rochelle (Keith) Winn, Cumming, GA; sister, Brooke Bueng (James Treu), Ada, MN; brother, Blake Bueng; brother, Joseph Bueng, Ada, MN; step brother, Jordan Crompton, Ada, MN; brother, Bryce Bueng Fargo, ND; fiancé, Sierra Koskela, Fargo, ND; grandparents, Dennis and Fran Bueng, Twin Valley, MN; aunt, Kerri (Matt) Longtine, Christine, ND; uncle, Mike Bueng, Twin Valley, MN; uncle, Randy Bueng, Twin Valley, MN; uncle, Kelly Bueng, Elk River, MN; uncle, Steve Thompson, Eden Prarie, MN; uncle, Todd (Jayne) Wallace, Brainerd, MN; aunt, Sharon (Chuck) Wallace, West Fargo, ND; aunt, Tammy (Joel) Mickles, Cokato, MN; aunt, Tanya Wallace (Tim Hennen), Dilworth, MN; aunt, Rebel (Archie) Stiyer, Richwood, MN; uncle, Reed (Donna) Switters, Eagle Bend, MN; nieces, Hadley Treu and Emma Bueng, nephews, Braeden Bueng, Evan Treu, and Tyson and Fisher Bueng; many cousins, great-aunts and uncles; and many friends.

He is preceded in death by his grandparents, Clarence and Daisy Wallace; and many great aunts and uncles.

Funeral: A private family only funeral will take place at 11:00 AM, Tuesday, January 5, 2021 at Zion Lutheran Church, Twin Valley, MN, following all of the Minnesota and CDC COVID-19 social distancing guidelines. All must wear a mask to attend.

Visitation: A public walk-through visitation will take place from 5:00-7:00 PM, Monday, January 4, 2021 at Zion Lutheran Church, Twin Valley, MN.

Burial: Zion Lutheran Cemetery, Twin Valley, MN.
