Ann Walker Pickrain was a witty, strong, lord loving lady who passed away on February 17, 2020, at Sanford Hospital due to lung cancer.

Ann Kuderling was born April 7, 1946, and was soon adopted by her loving parents, Irv and Gena Kuderling.  Ann grew up on a farm and graduated from high school in Fertile, MN. She married Kenneth Johnson and was blessed with two children, Tim and Patty. They lived in several different places in North Dakota and Minnesota as business owners in the baking business.  In 1974, Ann married Larry Walker where the family resided on a farm outside of Glenfield, ND. Ann was an avid homemaker and bus driver. Her favorite thing to do was to provide busing for and attend her children's events. Ann enjoyed singing, playing piano in church, gardening and standing on her head.  She had a zest for life and loved to make people smile.  Ann moved to Fargo where she worked at Wells Fargo Bank for many years.  For the past 27 years, Ann has shared her life with Dick Pickrain. They were united in marriage in 2004.  Upon Ann's retirement, they made their forever home in Twin Valley, MN, where they have been since.

Ann is survived by her spouse, Dick, of Twin Valley; her children, Tim (Amy) Johnson of Moorhead, MN and  Patty (Tim) Desautels of Williston, ND; five grandchildren: Christopher Taxdahl, Chelsey Taxdahl, Michael Desautels, Elizabeth Johnson, and Zach Johnson; one, great-grandchild, Jack Huntsman; and her brother, Ivan Kuderling of Billings, MT.  Ann was preceded in death by her parents, Irv and Gena.

Funeral Services will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Thursday, February 20, 2020 at Anderson Family Funeral Home, Twin Valley. Visitation will be held one hour prior at the funeral home.  Interment will be at the Twin Valley Memorial Gardens.

In leu of flowers, the family prefers memorials be given to help with Ann's final expenses.
